Rory is a newly licensed Alberta REALTOR® who relocated from Kelowna, BC to Edmonton in 2026 to build his practice alongside Bev at Homes & Gardens Real Estate Ltd. The brokerage has operated in Edmonton since 1953; Bev has worked the local market for 45+ years.

Rory handles the front-line side of the practice: client showings, listing preparation, write-ups, offer drafting, and negotiation. Bev provides advisory support: market knowledge, transaction review, and the long-view read on neighbourhoods, builders, and price patterns that comes from 45+ years of working the same city. The two roles complement each other.

The practice covers the full Edmonton residential market: detached homes, semi-detached and duplex, townhouse and row, apartment condos. Core volume bands run $300K to $650K detached, with regular activity above and below.
