As an SRES® designee, I have received extensive education and experience in helping clients aged 50+ buy and sell homes. Having recently received my Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation has given me the opportunity to fully understand that the 50+ demographic has specialized needs when it comes to buying or selling a property.

By being a member of the Seniors Real Estate Specialist council, I now have all the tools necessary to effectively help individuals who are in this demographic when it comes time to buy or sell.

The mission of the SRES® Council is to promote member success by providing high quality training and tools necessary to position the SRES® Designee as the trusted real estate resource for the 50+ market. Currently, there is only 160,000 SRES® Designees across the country.

If you are 50 years of age or over and are curious how else I can help, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Warm regards,

Bev O'Shea-Thomas
